Our Team
Rick Nommensen joined the firm in 1977 and became a shareholder in 1985. He has extensive experience dealing with a variety of closely-held business clients, being involved primarily in integrated planning, for the business and the individual shareholders or owners on income tax matters. He also represents clients before the IRS on income tax issues. Rick has experience in the areas of real estate, oil and gas, healthcare and personal service organizations. He graduated from the University of Texas and has lived in Houston since 1961. Rick's professional affiliations include the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants.Rick Nommensen, CPA
Tina Williams worked in private industry prior to joining the firm in 1979 and became a shareholder in 1988. She has been in accounting for over 40 years and a CPA since 1985. Her areas of concentration are in tax compliance, estates and trusts, management advisory and expatriate services. The concentration in tax compliance includes both domestic and international individuals and businesses. Tina’s unique experience in private industry enables her to more fully understand the special needs of small business owners. She has been a resident of Houston since 1958. Tina is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants, and Second Baptist Church as well as a lifetime member of the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo. Her outside interests include traveling, spending time with family, especially the grandchildren and volunteering in her adult Sunday school class as well as pre-school class at church. Reggie Sticker joined the firm in 2006 and became a shareholder in 2015. He has more than 15 years of experience providing accounting and tax compliance services to individuals, corporations, and partnerships. His clients represent a broad range of industries, including service industries, manufacturing, healthcare, and construction. Reggie graduated from Lamar University in Beaumont in 2000 and moved to the Houston area in 2006. Anne Doyle joined the firm in 2015 and became a shareholder in 2020. She has 20 years of experience providing accounting and tax compliance services to individuals, corporations, and partnerships. Anne graduated from the University of North Alabama in 2000. She relocated to Katy from Alabama in July 2010.Anne Doyle, CPA
Josh joined our firm in 2023 as a Tax Director. He graduated from Louisiana State University in 2003. His background is in tax planning, consulting, individual, trust, partnership, and corporate tax.

Alison Kenyon joined the firm in 2017 as one of our firm's Tax Managers. She has 12 years of experience in both public accounting and private industry. Her areas of concentration are in federal and state tax compliance for individuals, corporations, and partnerships. Alison graduated from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio in 2007. Erick joined the firm in 2022 as one of our firm's Tax Managers. He has been in accounting and tax for 10+ years, and a CPA in Texas for the last eight. His background is in public accounting with a focus on real estate, professional service firms, international tax, manufacturing, and related industries.

Kathy Priest joined the firm in 2008. She has over 30 years of experience providing accounting services and tax compliance services to a variety of entities and individuals. Kathy graduated from the University of Houston and is a member of the Houston Chapter of the Texas Society of CPA's. Kathy is a long time Katy resident and enjoys reading, traveling, and socializing with friends and relatives in her spare time.Kathy Priest, CPA
Becky Warren joined the firm in 2007. She has worked in the accounting industry for over 38+ years and has been a CPA since 2002. Her area of concentration is in tax compliance for closely-held business entities and family-limited partnerships. Becky graduated from Abilene Christian University and has been a resident of Katy since 1995. Her outside interests include needlework, reading, and volunteering in church youth ministry activities.Becky Warren, CPA
Danira Garcia joined the firm in 2019. She has 6+ years of experience in accounting, payroll, and income tax preparation services. Danira graduated from the University of Houston – Bauer College of Business in 2016 with her BBA in Accounting and became a CPA in 2019. Danira is originally from Honduras but grew up in Houston and she enjoys being a mom to two beautiful kids, Jane and Jeremias.Danira Garcia, CPA
Jodi Baldys started working with the firm in 2012. She has worked in public accounting preparing tax returns for over 15 years. She has experience with a variety of tax returns including corporations, partnerships, individuals, and trust returns. For the past 8 years, she has specialized in tax returns for US expatriates. This work has included optimizing between the foreign income exclusions and foreign tax credit to find the best results for each individual’s specific tax situation in addition to researching complex tax issues that may arise from an individual living abroad. Mina joined our firm in 2023 as an Accounting Manager. She graduated with her Bachelor's in Accounting in 2003. She has more than 14+ years of experience in full-cycle accounting, compliance, audit, and preparing financial statements.

Alaina joined the firm in 2019 and has 10+ years of experience including tax preparation, accounting, and review services. She graduated from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette in 2013 with a Bachelor of Accounting. Alaina relocated to Houston from Lafayette with her husband Sami and their daughter Jada in September 2019.

Daryl Livingston joined the firm in 2022 as an Accounting Associate. She was born and raised in Corpus Christi, Texas before relocating to Houston in 2022. She has 8 years of accounting experience in the private sector with a focus on insurance and construction. Jose joined our firm in 2022 as one of our firm's Tax Associates. He moved from Laredo to Houston with his wife Norma. Jose's background is in multi-industry accounting and tax.
He graduated from Texas A&M International University in 2019 with his Masters in Accounting. Jose is currently pursuing his CPA license. When he is not working, Jose enjoys spending time with his wife Norma and their dog brownie!Jose Mata
Chris joined the firm in 2023 as an Accounting Associate. He graduated from the University of Houston in 2012 with a Bachelor of Accounting.

Vanessa joined the firm in 2022. She considers herself a native Houstonian after moving to Katy in 1999. She brings 6+ years of multi-industry management as our firm's Executive Administrator. She enjoys traveling with her husband Fabrizio as well as spending time with their fur babies Dolce & Gucci!

Cristi Sampson is the firm's Administrative Assistant and has been with the firm since 2017. She graduated from Texas A&M University with a B.A. in Communications and Marketing. She and her family have resided in several states during which time Cristi was a stay at home Mom. She has held several board positions and volunteered in activities in which her children were involved. They returned home to the Katy area in 2013.Cristi Sampson
